The Pre-University Information Management System (SMIP)

The Educational Information Management System (SMIP) is a national educational data system for the pre-university education system, which allows for the digitalization of the physical agenda, thus advancing towards a digital framework and an electronic record of grades and absences.

Teachers can input grades and absences through the mobile application, enabling real-time updating of students' educational data.

Meanwhile, legal guardians/parents can track the overall progress of their child/children through the application, including assessments in each subject, various comments from teachers, absences, etc., being notified via email or SMS for each grade or absence received by their child/children.
